The block diagram above for any radio or radar processing shows how D-TA products fit into the various blocks to solve complex multi-antenna problems. The DTA-3200 RF /IF transceiver offers 40 MHz instantaneous bandwidth, 20 MHz to 6 GHz frequency coverage and fully synchronous (phase coherent) operation for as many as 16 antennas. DTA-2300 Digital IF transceiver (Software Radio) mates directly with DTA-3200 and handles up to 16 IF inputs and outputs. If offers 16-bit 130 MHz ADCs and 16-bit 500 MHz interpolating DACs, significant FPGA resources and up to four 10 Gigabit networks to carry high-bandwidth data to a server class PC and also to DTA-5000 record / playback system.

D-TA’s 10 G/R series record playback configurations based on DTA-2300 and one or more DTA-5000(s) are considered the fastest in the world.

Announcing the world’s fastest 10 Gigabit network powered for phase coherent recording & Playing back multiple wideband radio signals, the 10G Series Record & Playback Systems.

A 10G system is comprised of the DTA-2300, a 10 Gigabit network attached Digital IF Transceiver (software radio, up to 16 Channels), and one or more DTA-5000(s) server based disk storage system. The DTA-3200 Multi-Channel Tunable RF/IF Transceiver system is optional.

The DTA-2300 offers 16-bit precision and supports sample rates up to 130 MSPS. In the record mode, the IF signals are digitally down converted to baseband and stored as complex (I & Q) signals. The IF and BW (FIR filter decimation) are programmable. In the playback mode the baseband signals are up converted to desired IF(s). The DTA-2300 provides four (4) 10 Gigabit links, one for each group of 4 channels. One DTA-5000 system is used for each 10 Gigabit link. A 16-channel system can offer a sustained throughput rate close to 3 GBytes/s and a storage capacity of over 38 Terabytes.

10G Series Record Playback System is Scalable to any Number of Input & Output Channels.

The 10G series systems come fully integrated and are typically shipped in a rugged, portable rack for immediate deployment. A comprehensive GUI controls all system components and provides failsafe operation. For data quality check during record and playback, snapshots of Time series, FFT or Waterfall displays of the data are provided.

  • 10G1 Record / Playback System –This configuration supports 2 or 4 channel operation. In the 2-channel mode the maximum sample rate is 130 MSPS. In the 4-channel mode the maximum sample rate is 75 MSPS. The total package size is 4U. The sustained throughput rate is 600 Mbytes/s. The disk capacity is up to 9.6 TB
  • 10G2 Record / Playback System – This configuration supports 4 or 8 channel operation. In the 4-channel mode the maximum sample rate is 130 MSPS. In the 8-channel mode the maximum sample rate is 75 MSPS. The total package size is 7U. The sustained throughput rate is 1200 Mbytes/s. The disk capacity is up to 19.2 TB
  • 10G4 Record / Playback System – This configuration supports 8 or 16 channel operation. In the 8-channel mode the maximum sample rate is 130 MSPS. In the 16-channel mode the maximum sample rate is 75 MSPS. The total package size is 13U. The sustained throughput rate is 2400 Mbytes/s. The disk capacity is up to 38.4 TB
